VpsNext.com has been a pleasure to deal with since I signed up 3 weeks ago. Their support team is as fast as their servers (super quick) with email responses taking no more than 20 minutes. I have never used their phone support but it it's the same people I speak to via email and live chat then there shouldn't be a problem. They are super helpful to me. A big thanks to their staffs that were super helpful in getting me started! |

My last host went up and down like a yoyo (what could I expect for $24/year!) - Just Host is on a whole new level. All the scripts are up to date i.e. the latest versions such as word press, ecommerce and gallery2... Support is as it states on their website unlike my last host it really is 24/7 with answers to your emails taking no more than 30 minutes any time of the day. If you are looking for a new web hosting provider that is up there with the big guys then look no further than VpsNext.com

VpsNext.com is a really top notch web hosting company in my view. I've been hosting with them for little over a week now and I’ve been very impressed with the simplicity they offer. They keep thinks simple and their support is trained to do things the same. I was a transfer customer and didn’t have a clue how to transfer, but one email and they walked me through the steps and replied rapidly to each response. VpsNext.com has been our webhost for one and half years now and they have been excellent. We've had no problems and the reliability is simply the best out there. We used to be with two other hosts but the reliability became a real problem with frequent "maintenance updates", so that's when we decided to try VpsNext.com. Smooth sailing since we made the jump. |

At first I signed up with a other site because of their low prices. After a few weeks of slow and uncaring tech support responses, I decided to look for a better host. I came across VpsNext.com Hosting. Although VpsNext.com is not perfect, they are much more responsive and helpful. I'm a person that works odd hours, and I can verify that they are a true 24/7 shop.
I've called and spoken with their reps at 2am. I recommend that anyone looking for a new host look not only at the price (like I first did) but really at the true quality of the support and customer service. It has saved me a lot of headache.

We've been with VpsNext.com for a year now. So far the service has been very good. Tech support is very good and responses were fast via email. The phone tech was weak but polite when I had a issue using outlook to access email. The tech gave me the link to Microsoft when he couldn't solve the access issue. I ended up solving the problem myself by using VpsNext.com secure access rather than POP.
cPanel is very easy to use. Video instructions are very helpful. We have several sites that are parked there and worked fine. The only drawback is the limited host sites based on our plan. VpsNext.com doesn't have unlimited hosting and we are fine with that for now. It really depends on what you want. I placed more on service and support more than more free stuff. I noticed other hosts have only one shopping cart where VpsNext.com has three choices. Overall, I really recommend VpsNext.com if you don't need zillion website hosting.

I have been hosting my weather station on VpsNext.com for two years, now. Up time is great. My IP was blocked, a couple of times, for some glitch in the stream to VpsNext.com, but have had no problems with their server. Customer Service and Technical Support are outstanding. They have had me back in service within minutes of my call. I would recommend VpsNext.com to anyone who wants a great deal for hosting. |

Lots of useful features and websites load fast. The support is great. Support tickets and emails were answered and were taken care of every problem very quickly. Especially their LIVE chat team is very efficient. They know what they are doing. I had a great time with them. I stopped my business so I am no longer their customer but if I ever again start I will definitely go for VPSnext. |
