Uptime has been good, with only a few brief network outages over 2+ years. Tech support is usually pretty decent (sometimes outstanding, other times just average -- never really bad though).
Their system for submitting tickets could be more user friendly (you have to go through a bit of a maze picking what the problem is from a list, with some options requiring you to pay support credits). I guess if that's your worst complaint about a server company things aren't too bad, but it does annoy me lol.
Overall, would recommend to others. When it's time to upgrade I'll probably stay with them. Haven't had any major issues after 2 years with them. Seems like a solid company with good values. |
